In getting back in the routine of making my meals based around the 21 Day Fix meal plan, I threw together this quick salad after riding bikes all afternoon with my daughter. It's fast, delicious, and sure to fill you up!
Fix Approved Taco Salad!!
Using the appropriate portions, add together:
Romain Lettuce
Ground Turkey (Seasoned with 21 DF Southwest Seasoning)
Avocado
Choice of Fix Approved Cheese
Give an itsy-bitsy drizzle of hot sauce, and dig in.
I really like this salad because it can make good use of leftovers, and it's totally customize-able. I logged my containers as one green, one red, and one blue, making sure that my use of avocado and cheese did not go over the portion allotment.
